Michael is our company's President and one of our founders. Growing up Michael was a Fire Explorer with Brewster Southeast Fire Department. Having served time in the Marine Corps as an MP, he later became a Dispatcher on Camp Pendleton in a civilian role. From his time as Fire Explorer, MP and Dispatcher, he has gained significant knowledge and connections within the first responder community.
Connor is our company's Vice President and co-founder of RMLM. Having worked in the trucking, grading, and contract firefighting trades, he brings his years of experience and knowledge on use of equipment for earth-moving and wildfire mitigation.
Beginning in 2018, Connor and Michael began to see the ever increasing need for a more enhanced and aggressive approach to land management. After nearly two months on the Dixie Fire in 2021, it was apparent that traditional methods were not working anymore and that home owners should look to themselves to try and help prevent their own properties from being caught in the blaze. Thus, with this in mind, Red Mountain Land Management was born.
Our company pays special attention to the details of every project to ensure the complete satisfaction of each client. Our goal is to enhance the exterior of your home, raise your property value, and beautify your whole neighborhood.
Your satisfaction is our priority and we strive to provide a service we are proud of. We start every project by providing a thorough consultation to understand your goals and the needs of the project. We do this to guarantee that the project is completed according to your preferences.
Use of bulldozers, like this one, can rapidly create fire breaks that assist fire fighters. There are very few obstacles that these machines can't work through or around.

Ember casting, like what is seen in this picture, can easily cause new fires in brush close to homes.
